Black & Cooley Drive Project

Home Development Resources is in the process of revitalizing the neighborhoods of Black and Cooley Drive in Gainesville. HDRI has CDBG grant to pay for remodels, new construction, land purchase and much more. Not only can everyone in the Black and Cooley Drive apply for funds to help remodel or add to their home but the neighborhood as a whole will improve tremndously.
